Práce je zaměřena na studium tenkých vrstev grafénu, které mohou být využity jako součásti fotovoltaických článků. Tenké vrstvy jsou připravovány materiálovým tiskem a následně charakterizovány pomocí optické mikroskopie a UV-VIS. Na připravených vzorcích byly proměřeny volt-ampérové charakteristiky a impedanční spektra a interpretovány jejich výsledky. The work is focused on the study of thin layers of graphene, which can be used as the part of photovoltaic cells. Thin layers are prepared by material print and subsequently characterized by optic microscopy and UV-VIS. Prepared samples were measured volt - ampere characteristics and impedance spectrum, and interpreted the results.
