Smyslem této bakalářské práce je seznámení se s legislativou hodnocení KVET a objevení jejích problematických bodů. Dalším cílem je vytvoření obecného modelu spalovny a aplikace výpočtu uvedeného v legislativě na různé varianty uspořádání technologie. Závěr práce se věnuje analýze získaných výsledků a vyvození patřičných závěrů. The purpose of this bachelor thesis is familiarization with legislation of evaluating combined heat and power generation systems and discover it´s questionable spots. Another objective is to make universal model of incineration plant and to apply calculation mentioned in legislation on various options of technology. The end of thesis is devoted to analysis of results.
