Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem automatizovaného pracoviště pro sestavení části kompresoru typu KC88 ve společnosti Valeo. Obsahem práce je řešení studie stávajícího stavu daného pracoviště s operátorem, zjištění aktuálních časů a prováděných úkonů. Na základě zjištěných poznatků navrhnout vhodné uspořádání jednotlivých pracovišť a navrhnout konstrukční řešení hlavních uzlů automatické stanice. Výsledkem práce je koncepční návrh automatizované stanice s robotem, dopravní systémy, zhodnocení z hlediska návratnosti a úspory času výroby. Součástí je také částečná výkresová a modelová dokumentace stanice. The topic of this master’s thesis is the design of automation assembly station for the completion of part of KC88 compressor in Valeo company. The thesis contains the study of the existing conditions of the old station with operator, measure times and process flow. Based on the findings, the aim is to propose the best solution of workplace arrangement and to design construction solution of the main parts of the automatic assembly station. The result of this thesis is the design of the automatic station with a robot, transport systems, evaluation in terms of return investment and saving process time. The thesis also includes partial drawings and 3D documentation.
