Diplomová práce se zabývá technologií výroby hnací hřídele mlecího válce ve společnosti Bühler CZ s.r.o. v Žamberku. V první části práce je pozornost věnována analýze současné technologie. Následně se práce zaměřuje na návrhy inovací do stávající technologie výroby. Je provedena například technologická zkouška dosažitelné drsnosti povrchu, realizováno CNC programování, výpočty strojních časů a tvorba veškeré technické dokumentace k zajištění výroby rotační součásti. V poslední kapitole je v práci věnována pozornost ekonomickému zhodnocení. This master’s thesis deals with production of grinding roller driveshaft in Bühler CZ s.r.o. in Žamberk. In the first part the attention is focused on analysis of current technology. Following chapters of thesis are focused on innovations to existing production technology, for example a technological test, CNC programming realization, machine times calculations or creating of technical documentation to ensure production of rotating part. The last chapter of the thesis focuses on economical assessment.
