Tato bakalářská práce se bude zabývat návrhem a realizací automatizovaného měření s monochromátorem. Dále bude seznamovat čtenáře s ovládacími programy, které jsem vytvořil v LabVIEW. Pomocí měřicí karta NI myDAQ budu ovládat krokový motor na monochromátoru a současně i sbírat data z optického fotodetektoru This bachelor´s thesis is dealing with plan and realization of automated measuring with monochromator. The next goal of this thesis is familiarizing us with control programs, which I have created in LabVIEW. I am going to control the monochromator by means of measuring card NI myDAQ and at the same time acquisition data from the optical photodetector.
