Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou obalů nakupovaných komponent, které vstupují do výrobního procesu. Na základě provedené analýzy jsou vytvořeny návrhy na zlepšení stávajícího logistického procesu, tak aby se procesy příjmu, evidence a výdeje nakupovaných komponent zefektivnily, zjednodušily a odstranily základní druhy plýtvání a odstranily činnosti, které procesu nepřinášejí hodnoty. This thesis deals with the packaging of purchased components that enter into the production process. Based on the conducted analysis, proposals have been developed for improving the existing logistics process in order to optimize the processes of reception, registration, and expenditure of purchased components, and to simplify and eliminate basic types of wasteful use and activities that do not bring value into the process.
