Diplomová práce je zpracovaná pro účely založení internetového obchodu, který bude nabízet včelí produkty a výrobky spojené s včelařskou činností. Práce je rozdělena celkově do tří hlavních částí. První část je teoretická a popisuji v ní veškeré potřebné pojmy a právnické náležitosti, které jsou potřeba k pochopení problematiky založení vlastního obchodu. V druhé, analytické části jsou zpracovány potřebné analýzy sloužící ke kvalitnímu zpracování podnikatelského plánu a komplexnímu zhodnocení vize budoucího podniku. Poslední část je zaměřena na praktické provedení a reálnost zamýšleného projektu. Je zde detailně popsáno, jak by měl podnik fungovat, co by měl vyrábět a jak bude internetový prodej fakticky probíhat. This thesis focuses on the process of establishing a new on-line store. The on-line store will offer bee products and beekeeping equipment. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is theoretical and describes all needed terms and legal requirements, necessary for an understanding of the on-line store establishment process. Necessary analysis, used for business plan preparation and complex vision evaluation of the future company, are made in second, analytical, part. The last part is oriented on the practical implementation and survivability of the project. It describes in detail how the company should work, what it should produce and how an online sale is going to work.
