Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je pasportizace stavebně technického stavu vybraného objektu měšťanského domu v Havlíčkově Brodě. Především ověřit, zakreslit a zhodnotit stav daného domu a navrhnout případná řešení. Dalším postupem je zaměřit, zakreslit stávající stav a navrhnout modernizaci objektu se zachováním vnějšího rázu objektu. Součástí návrhu je dispoziční a konstrukční řešení stavby. Úpravy dispoziční řešení stavby kladou důraz především na funkčnost stavby a jejího provozu. Dále se snažím v tomto návrhu poukázat na stavebně technický stav objektu a najít případná řešení problému. Součástí diplomové práce bude rozpočet vad a poruch, který vyčíslí náklady na rekonstrukci objektu. Dalším cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout možnou modernizaci objektu. The objective of this thesis is passportisation of the construction and technical condition of s of a townhouse in Havlíčkův Brod. Primarily to proof, draw and assess the condition of this townhouse suggest some appropriate solution. The next step is to aim, draw and design the building modernization while preserving its external character. The building layout and construction is part of the project. The layout places emphasis mainly on the building functionality and operation. Another aim of this project is to point out the construction and technical condition of the building and to find possible solutions to the problem. The thesis includes also a budget which puts a monetary value on the costs of the building reconstruction. The partial aim of this thesis is to propose possible modernization.
