Cílem této diplomové práce je ocenění administrativního objektu a výběr nejvýhodnější varianty finančního zajištění pořízení nemovité věci. Součástí práce je výpočet administrativní ceny. V závěru jsou okomentovány a porovnány vybrané produkty hypotečního trhu. The purpose of this diploma thesis is award administrative building and evaluation of the most advantage variants of financial security on acquisition of real property. Part of thesis is the calculation of administrative price. At the end there are comments and comparision on selected products of mortgage marketplace.
