Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu a zhodnocení rizik během rekonstrukce školského objektu. V práci budou použity vhodné metody na konkrétní rekonstrukci školského zařízení a to zejména checklist a katalog rizik. Budou stanovena rizika, která způsobila nedodržení harmonogramu stavebních prací a omezila tak chod školského zařízení i jeho okolí. K těmto rizikům budou stanovena opatření, která by měla stanovit, jak by se těmto scénářům dalo předejít. The thesis is focused on analysis and risk assessment during the reconstruction of the school building. The work will be used appropriate methods to a specific reconstruction of school, especially checklist and risk catalog. They will be determined by the ris ks that caused the failure to comply with the schedule of works and thus limit the operation of school and the surrounding area. These risks will be set out measures that should determine how these scenarios could have been avoided.
