Tato práce zpracovává projekční návrh ohříváku topné vody. V práci je proveden tepelný, hydraulický i základní pevnostní výpočet. Z výsledků daných výpočtů je zpracován návrh výměníku, který byl následně vymodelován a narýsován. Úvodem práce je čtenář seznámen se základními typy výměníků, jejich funkcí, charakteristickými znaky a základními pochody probíhajícími uvnitř výměníků. Dále práce pokračuje tepelným výpočtem, kde je nejdříve určen základní návrhový stav a poté propočteny zbylé zadané stavy. Po tomto následuje hydraulický výpočet, pro určení tlakové ztráty na straně vody a dimenzování připojeného potrubí, a pevnostní výpočet pro určení minimálních tlouštěk stěn pláště a trubek. V závěru práce je zhodnocení výsledného návrhu a popsání základních konstrukčních znaků navrhnutého výměníku. This thesis processes design of hot water heater. It was done thermal, hydraulic and basic strength calculations in the work and from their outcomes was set up a design of heat exchanger, which was afterwards modelled and drawn. In the beginning of the work is reader introduced to heat exchanger types and characteristics and also to its thermal processes. Then the work continues with thermal design of the heat exchanger, where the most important outcome is heat transfer surface with other geometric parameters, followed by hydraulic design, where pressure loss on water side was calculated. The calculations are finished up by basic strength design, calculating thickness of shell and tube walls. The thesis is ended with evaluation of computed design and description of its basic features.
