Cieľom bakalárskej práce je využitie hydroenergetického potenciálu riečneho profilu malou vodnou elektrárňou, pre ktorú sa navrhne riešenie bud pomocou Archimedových alebo Vírových turbín. V prvej kapitole je opísany súčasný stav elektrární na riekach a záväzky Slovenskej republiky voči Europskej únii. V druhej kapitole sú zhrnuté základné rozdelenia turbín a poznatky o Šnekovej a Vírovej turbíne. Tretia kapitola sa zaoberá návrhmi technologických riešení, výpočtom základných rozmerov, hodnôť a ich porovnaním. U vybraného najoptimálnejšieho návrhu dochádza k určeniu potrebných parametrov pre konštrukciu ,stanovením nákladov na stavbu a určenie návratnosť investície. Bachelor thesis deals with usage of hydropower potential of river profile by small hydro powerplant, sollution by Archimedes and Swirl turbines is designed. In the first part, current status of hydro powerplants in Slovakia is described and obligations of the Slovak republic to the EU are analyzed. In the second part, basic division and knowledge about Screw and Swirl turbine are sumarized. The third chapter deals with design, calculations and comparison of different kinds of turbines. Most optimal sollution is analyzed, design parameters are elaborated and building cost and return of investment are calculated.
