Bakalářská práce se zabývá nanokompozitem obsahujícím polyhydroxybutyrátovou matrici plněnou halloysitovými nanotrubkami. Shrnuje poznatky optimalizace povrchové úpravy plniva, kompatibility mezi plnivem a polymerem, distribuce plniva v kompozitu a vlivu povrchové úpravy plniva, přípravy kompozitu a obsahu plniva v kompozitu na jeho mechanické vlastnosti. Úprava povrchu plniva byla provedena použitím 3-(trimethoxysilyl)propylmethakrylátu. Účinnost silanizace byla ověřena pomocí termogravimetrické analýzy a Ramanovy spektroskopie. Byly připraveny koncentráty obsahující neupravené a upravené nanoplnivo v poly(vinylacetátu) nebo poly(3-hydroxybutyrátu). Pomocí těchto koncentrátů byly připraveny kompozity obsahující 1 % a 3 % plniva. Distribuce plniva v koncentrátech i kompozitech a kompatibilita plniva s polymerem byly zjištěny skenovací elektronovou mikroskopií. Mechanické vlastnosti kompozitů byly testovány pomocí tahové zkoušky. This bachelor’s thesis deals with nanocomposite containing polyhydroxybutyrate matrix filled with halloysite nanotubes. It summarizes findings about optimization of surface modification of the filler, compatibility between the filler and polymer, distribution of the filler in the composite and effect of the filler surface modification, the composite preparation and the filler content on mechanical properties of the composite. Surface modification of the filler was done using 3-(trimethoxysilyl)propylmethacrylate. Efficiency of the silanization was verified by thermogravimetric analysis and Raman spectroscopy. Concentrates containing the unmodified and the modified nanofiller in poly(vinylacetate) or poly(3-hydroxybutyrate) were prepared. Using these concentrates, composites containing 1 % and 3 % of the filler were prepared. Distribution of the filler in the concentrates and the composites and compatibility between the filler and polymer were observed by scanning electron microscopy. Mechanical properties of the composites were tested by tensile test.
