Práce se zabývá strukturní a morfologickou charakterizací polyamidových spon, které slouží k upínání textilních řemínků, které byly vyrobené v pěti různých letech a z nichž některé spony vyrobené v roce 2000 a 2004 byly porušené. Cílem je určit, z jakého typu polyamidu jsou spony vyrobené a zjistit/navrhnout možnou příčinu praskání při používání. Spony byly charakterizované z hlediska struktury a složení pomocí infračervené spektroskopie s Fourierovou transformací v módu úplného zeslabeného odrazu, diferenční kompenzační kalorimetrií, termogravimetrií a rentgenovou difrakční analýzou. Spony byly vyrobené z polyamidu 12. Porušené spony vykázaly vyšší teplotu tání, nižší teplotní stabilitu a vedle modifikace obsahovaly také modifikaci , která je křehčí a pravděpodobně iniciuje praskání. The work deals with structrural and morphological characterization of polyamide buckles used to fasten webbins. The buckles were produced in five different years, a few of those produced in 2000 and 2004 were broken. The aime is to determine the type of polyamide and the cause of fracture of the buckles during using. The buckles were characterized in terms of structure and composition by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy in a mode of attenuated total reflaction, differential scanning calorimetry, thermogravimetry and X-ray diffraction. The buckles were made of polyamide 12. The broken buckles showed higher melting point, lower thermal stability and, in addition to modification it also contains modification, which is more fragile and probably represents the cause of fracture.
