Bakalárská práce predstavuje základy fotovoltaických clánku a panelu. V práci jsou predstaveny jednotlivé diagnostické metody, které jsou používány pro detekci defektu fotovoltaických clánku a panelu. Cílem práce je navrhnout mericí pracovište, které bude schopno detekovat jednotlivé vady a urcovat jejich vliv na celkový výkon. Na konci práce je vybráno 5 panelu, které byly podrobeny merení elektroluminiscencní metodou a dále metodou FLASH, která byla provedena na pracovišti CVUT Praha. BachelorQs thesis introduces basics of photovoltaic cells and modules. Diagnostic methods, which are used for detection of defects of photovoltaic cells and modules, are introduced. The aim of thesis is to propose measuring system, which will be able to detect particular defects and resolve their effect on total power. In the end of thesis there are 5 modules choosed, which have undergone measurement by electro-luminiscence method and FLASH method, which was realized at CTU Prague.
