Tato diplomová práce „Formy a zdroje financování bydlení“ je zaměřena na možnosti a zdroje financování bydlení jednotlivce. Popisuje strukturu, rozsah a stav domovního a bytového fondu České republiky a hlavního města Prahy. Charakterizuje rozdílné vlastnosti sektorů bydlení. Popisuje státní podporu a její určení. Podrobněji se věnuje problematice stavebního spoření a hypotečních úvěrů. V závěrečné práci řeší bytovou potřebu jedné rodiny, za použití několika finančních zdrojů a na základě zvolených kritérií stanovuje optimální řešení. This master’s thesis „Kinds and sources of financing of living“ is focused on options and sources of housing financing of an individual. It describes structure, extent and state of house and flat fund of Czech republic and capital city of Prague. It features different attributes of housing sectors. It describes state housing aid and its designation. It deeply describes savings and mortgage loans. Final part solves family’s housing need with the use of several financial sources and offers optimal solution based on multiple criteria.
