Předmětem diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace k provedení novostavby restaurace s penzionem v katastrálním území Mařatice města Uherské Hradiště. Objekt je navržen jako samostatně stojící bezbariérová budova se dvěma nadzemními podlažími. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází restaurace s kapacitou 52 osob a k ní přiléhá terasa s kapacitou 28 osob. Dále se zde nachází zázemí restaurace, technické zázemí objektu a kancelář majitele. Ve druhém nadzemním podlaží je situováno 6 pokojů pro hosty, včetně jednoho bezbariérového a salónek pro hosty. Objekt je založen na základových patkách a základových prazích ze železobetonu. Nosnou konstrukci tvoří železobetonový monolitický deskový skelet. Výplňové konstrukce jsou navrženy jako lehký obvodový plášť ze systému Novatop. Část objektu je zastřešena plochou vegetační střechou a na druhé části se nachází pultová střecha, na níž jsou umístěny solární panely fototermické a fotovoltaické. Výkresová část je zpracována v programu AutoCAD, vizualizace jsou zpracovány v programech ArchiCAD a Artlantis. The subject of this thesis is to create a Project documentation of the design of the New development, a restaurant with a guesthouse, in the cadastral area Mařatice, city Uherské Hradiště. The object is designed as a standalone barrier-free 2 story building. The first floor above ground contains a restaurant, capacity 52 persons, to which a terrace with capacity of 28 persons is attached. Apart from the aforementioned there is also a support area for the restaurant, technical facilities and the owner's office. On the second floor there are 6 rooms for rent, incliding one barrier-free and a lounge for guests. The object foundation base are foundation pads and grade beams made of reinforced concrete. The load-bearing structure is a cast-in-place monolithic skelet made of reinforced concrete. The infill structures are designed as a light building envelope from the company Novatop. Part of the object has a flat green roof, the other part is a mono-pitched roof on which photovoltaic and photothermic panels are placed. The drawing is processed with help of AutoCAD software. The visuals in programs ArchiCAD and Artlantis.
