Diplomová práce zpracovává řešení polyfunkčního objektu, který je součástí návrhu přeměny průmyslového areálu v obytnou zónu s doplňujícími funkcemi obchodů a služeb včetně vytvoření zón pro relaxaci a odpočinek zastoupených v podobě rozsáhlých střešních teras. Práce je dělena dle aktuálně platné legislativy a provedena v rozsahu dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Dissertation on multifunctional building which is a part of a project which is about a transformation of an industrial district into a residental district with an additional function of shops and services including relaxation zone which is planned on the roof terrace. The dissertation is divided according to the legislation and made in the extent of the documentation of the building.
