Problematika vrozených vývojových vad plodu (VVV) je důležitou součástí fetální medicíny. Tato práce se věnuje posouzení nepřesnosti měření markerů VVV, se zaměřením na screeningové markery v I. a II. trimestru těhotenství. Práce se ve značné míře opírá o studie a doporučení Nadace fetální medicíny (FMF). V rámci literární rešerše je rozepsána problematika stanovování nejistoty měření v biochemické laboratoři a aspekty ovlivňující nepřesnost měření ultrazvukových markerů. Dále jsou tyto dva přístupy porovnány a na základě biochemického stanovování nejistoty je navrhnuta metodika posouzení nejistoty nejdůležitějšího ultrazvukového markeru a to měření nuchální translucence. Metodika je následně realizována na souboru 6 lékařů a statisticky zpracována. The issue of congenital malformations in the fetus is important part of fetal medicine. This project is comparing the measurement uncertainty of congenital malformations in the fetus markers and it is focused on screening markers in first and second trimester of pregnancy. The recommendations of Fetal Medicine Foundation (FMF) are decisive in this project. The issues of determination measurement uncertainty in biochemical laboratory and measurement uncertainty of ultrasound markers are also mentioned. These both issues are compared and methodology of measurement uncertainty determination of nuchal translucency ultrasound marker is designed. The methodic is based on biochemical determination of measurement uncertainty. The methodic is then realized on the data set from six medical doctors and is statistically evaluated.
