Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh a implementace informačního systému na kompletní správu služebních cest a jízd pro Český statistický úřad. Systém bude dostupný ze všech pracovišť ČSÚ (ústředí, kraje, okresy) včetně mobilních zaměstnanců v terénu. Systém bude sloužit pro plánování, žádosti a povolování služebních cest (SC), vyúčtování SC, generování cestovních příkazů, zajištění efektivního využívání a vytížení služebních aut a minimalizace použití aut soukromých, ukládání a sledování údajů o cestách služebními vozy (trasy, úseky tras, tankování, údržba a opravy), předdefinované sestavy pro měsíční/čtvrtletní/pololetní/roční ekonomické výstupy, analýzu údajů vložených do systému. K dispozici budou také exporty do účetních systémů (jak předdefinované, tak uživatelem tvořené). Informační systém je implementován v PHP Frameworku Nette s databázovou vrstvou Dibi a pomocí značkovacího jazyka HTML. Samotná databáze běží na Oracle. The goal of this master’s thesis is to design and create the central management system for controlling business trips and journeys of Czech statistical office. The system is accessible from every possible place of Czech statistical office (headquarters, region, district) including travelling staff. System is designed for scheduling, requesting and authorizing business trips, billings, generating travel orders, providing efficient usage of company cars and minimizing usage of private cars, storing and tracking data of company cars (routes, route segments, refueling, maintenance and repairs), predefined reports for monthly / quarterly / half-yearly / annual economic output, analysis of data entered into the system. It is possible to export data into the economic systems (both predefined and user-created). Central management system has been written using Nette PHP framework with Dibi database layer and HTML script language. Database is running on Oracle.
