Bydlení je významným fenoménem, který podstatně ovlivňuje typologii měst. Bydlení zajišťuje řadu základních lidských potřeb, zejména přístřeší, bezpečí a soukromí. Stálé bydlení je také podmínkou zapojení člověka do společnosti. Práce se bude zabývat konceptem skupinového bydlení, jeho historií a procesem plánování výstavby. Součástí práce bude hledání a charakteristika cílové skupiny pro tuto specifickou formu bydlení a zkoumání fungování komunitního společenství jako celku. Housing is an important phenomenon that significantly affects the typology of cities. Many of the basic social needs are ensured by dignified housing. It is a premise of integration of the individuals to the human society. This dissertation will deal with a concept of cohousing, its history and with process of planning of construction. The work will define the target group of this specific form of housing and life of the whole community.
