Předmětem diplomové práce „Hodnocení výkonnosti podniku“ je zhodnocení vypovídací schopnosti a následná aplikace ukazatelů měřících výkonnost podniku. První část je zaměřena na základní pojmy, jako je podnik, hodnota podniku. V druhé části jsou zhodnoceny klasické metody finanční analýzy, včetně bonitních a bankrotních modelů. V třetí části se zaměřuji na moderní ukazatel EVA. Poslední část je zaměřena na aplikaci uvedených metod a modelů na vybraný podnik a zhodnocení jeho výkonnosti v letech 2012 - 2014. The subject of the thesis "Evaluation of company performance" is evaluating the quality of information provided by and the subsequent application of the busines performance measuring indicators. The first part focuses on the basic concepts, such as the enterprise value of the company. The second part evaluates the classical methods of financial analysis, including creditworthiness and bankruptcy models. The third part focuses on modern EVA indicator. The last part is focused on the application of these methods and models to a selected company and to evaluate its performance in the years 2012-2014.
