Zajištění vysoké jakosti výrobků vyžaduje moderní a přesné výrobní stroje, technologie a kvalitní zařízení průmyslové metrologie. Dizertační práce řeší problematiku vlivu změny technologických podmínek při broušení na parametry struktury povrchu, uvádí přesnost měřících metod, hodnotí pomocí laserinterferometrické a piezoelektrické měřící metody kmitání technologické soustavy a s použitím statistických metod zpracovává korelační vztahy mezi amplitudou kmitání a parametry struktury povrchu. Dále provádí predikci vlivu vstupních parametrů na výstupní parametry pro delší časové období. Thesis solves the problem of influence of variable process conditions during grinding on surface texture parameters, provides precision of measurement methods, assessed by laser interferometry measurement methods and piezoelectric measurement of vibration of technological equipment and processes using statistical methods the correlation between the amplitude of oscillation and on surface texture parameters. Further it provides the prediction of the impact of input parameters to the output parameters of the technological process for a long-term perspective.
