Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá tvorbou databázy zámerných poškodení vozidiel vybranými nástrojmi a ich dokumentáciou. Použité boli nástroje, ktoré sú bežne dostupné v domácnosti alebo dielni. V prvej časti je popísané ako funguje poisťovníctvo a likvidácia poistných udalostí. Ďalšia časť sa zaoberá poistnými podvodmi a tretia časť rozdelením vzniknutých poškodení do kategórii. Nasledujúca kapitola popisuje poškodenia vzniknuté v reálnych nehodách a závery či ide o poistné podvody alebo nie a na ňu nadväzuje praktická časť diplomovej práce, a to tvorba zámerných poškodení a ich spracovanie do databázy. V závere je popísané ako je táto databáza použiteľná v súdnom inžinierstve.
This diploma thesis deals with creating a database of intentional damages of motor vehicles by selected tools and their documentation. Used tools can by often found in any household or workshop. First part describes how insurance and settlement of claim works. Next part deals with insurance frauds and in the third part damages are sorted into categories. Following part describes damages that incurred in actual traffic accidents and closures whether their were insurance frauds or not, and the susequent part is the creating of intentional damages and their processing into a database. In the end i tis described how such a database is an asset for forensic engineering.
