Tématem diplomové práce je Problematika odborné způsobilosti řidičů motorových vozidel k provozu na pozemních komunikacích ČR. Obsahuje analýzu jak současného stavu legislativních požadavků k získávání odborné způsobilosti řidičů, s tím související způsobilosti zdravotní a zdokonalování jejich odborné způsobilosti k účelům profesní způsobilosti, tak analýzu vybraných specifik bezpečnosti na pozemních komunikacích. V návaznosti na zjištěné skutečnosti byla provedena analýza dopravní nehodovosti v České republice, na jejímž základě bylo pak v praktické části provedeno dotazníkové šetření a navrženy návrhy mající za cíl zvýšení bezpečnosti na pozemních komunikacích. The theme of this master’s thesis is The Issue of the Competence of Drivers of Motor Vehicles to Drive on the Roads of the Czech Republic. It includes an analysis of the current state legislative requirements for obtaining professional qualifications of drivers, health qualification and improves their professional competence for the purposes of professional competence and analysis of selected specific road safety. In light of the findings was performed the analysis of traffic accidents in the Czech Republic. Based on the analysis of traffic accidents was the practical part of a questionnaire survey and proposals aimed at improving safety on the roads.
