Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem výstavby rezidenčních nemovitostí v lokalitě Brno Černá Pole. Práce se zaměřuje na vývoj výstavby rezidenčních nemovitostí od počátku výstavby v 60. letech 19. století až po současnost. Součástí, je rovněž popis historie lokality. Práce je rozdělena do jednotlivých období a zahrnuje přehled významných rezidenčních staveb. Největší rozvoj výstavby je na tomto území zaznamenán v období po vzniku první republiky. V 70. letech, je toto území téměř zcela zastavěné a veškerá stavební aktivita se soustřeďuje zejména na půdní nástavby či rekonstrukce. Práce obsahuje také mapy tohoto katastrálního území, kde je možno sledovat, jak se území postupně rozrůstalo. This Diploma thesis is dealing with development construction of residental real estates in the area of Brno – Černá Pole. It is concentrated on the development of real estate from the beginning of development in the sixties of 19th century till present. It is also include Černa Pole´s history. The work is divided into few construction periods, where is discribed in detail survey of the significant residental buildings. The highest quality development was during the First republic. Development of this area is almost finished in the seventies of 19th century and from this time it is mostly focused on building attics or reconstraction. The work contains maps, where we can see how was the area amplify.
