Tato diplomová práce pojednává o koeficientech odlišnosti pro mapu nájemného v Blansku. Předmětem této práce je popsat historický vývoj regulovaného nájemného od meziválečného období až do současnosti. Dále je předmětem této práce stanovit systém koeficientů, které povedou k řešení problému týkajícího se stanovování tržního nájemného po uvolnění regulace. Tento problém byl vyřešen na základě statistického zpracování vytvořené databáze nabídek nájmů v Blansku. Výsledkem je rovnice transformovaná do podoby programu, kdy po ohodnocení jednotlivých koeficientů odlišnosti dojde k vypočtení tržního nájemného. This master´s thesis deals with the coefficents of difference for map of rent in Blansko. The main aim of this thesis is to describe the historical development of regulated rents from the interwar period to the present. It is the aim of this thesis to establish a system of coefficients that will lead to solving the problem of determining the market rent after deregulation. This problem was solved on the basis of statistical processing created database offers rentals in Blansko. The result is an equation transformed into a program in which the assessment of individual coefficients of difference is to calculate market rent.
