Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zjištění obvyklého nájemného v lokalitách Brno- Lesná, Bohunice, Bystrc, Slatina, Brno-střed. Je zaměřena na porovnání výše obvyklého nájemného z bytů, a to dle velikosti bytu 1+1, 2+1, 3+1, a podle lokality, ve které se nemovitost nachází. Dále se autor zamýšlí nad vlivy ovlivňující výši nájemného. Výsledky zjištění jsou rozděleny na textovou a grafickou část. The thesis is focused on finding the level of rent in locations of Brno- Lesna, Bohunice, Bystrc, Slatina, Brno-center. The aim of this work to compare the level of rent of flats taking into account three different sizes, one room, two rooms and three rooms flats. The comparison is based on the size and locality of these flats. Moreover the author research various effects infuencing the level of the rent. The results are expressed in text and also graphically.
