Ke studiu mikroorganismů, živočišných a rostlinných buněk a rovněž povrchových otisků větších organismů byla použita zcela nová metoda světelné mikroskopie v procházejícím světle "reliefní kontrast dle Hostounského" neboli RCH, Lambda s.r.o. Praha, Česká republika. Toto zařízení (speciální kondensor) poskytuje tří-rozměrný obraz s vyšším kontrastem a rozlišením (až dvakrát). An entirely novel method of optical microscopy in transmitted light "Relief Contrast after Hostounský" or RCH, Lambda Ltd. Praha, Czech Rebublic, was used to study of microorganisms, animal and plant cells as well as surface replicas or larger organisms. This equipment (special condenser) provides a three-dimensional image with higher contrast and resolution (up to two-fold).
