Diplomová práce, vypracovaná v rámci magisterského studia oboru Strojírenská technologie, se zabývá různými možnostmi svařování, kterými lze regulovat množství vneseného tepla do svaru. Pro experimentální ověření je zvolen materiál X2CrTi12 (korozivzdorná feritická ocel) svařený vhodnými metodami pro daný materiál. Metody svařování TIG, plazma, laser. Navrženy jsou i další možnosti pro snížení vneseného tepla (pulzní svařování, Rapid, Fast Root, Surface Tension Transfer, Cold Metal Transfer, ColdArc a Wise). V rámci experimentu je porovnáno množství vneseného tepla a jeho vliv na hrubnutí zrna a tvrdost. This diploma thesis elaborated within the Manufacturing Technology Master´s study program considers various possibilities of welding which can regulate the amount of inputted heat into the welded joint. For experimental testing, material X2CrTi12 (ferritic stainless steel) was chosen, welded by means of methods suitable for the material. Welding methods included TIG, plasma, and laser. Further possibilities of heat input are suggested, such as pulse welding, Rapid, Fast Root, Surface Tension Transfer, Cold Metal Transfer, ColdArc, and Wise. The aim of the experiment is to compare the amount of heat input and its effect on particle growth and hardness.
