Tato diplomová práce se dotýká problematiky aktivního a poloaktivního tlumení a možností jeho uplatnění v kontextu dopravních prostředků. Počátek dokumentu je věnován pojednání o aktuálním stavu, významných aplikacích a patentech na tomto poli. Jelikož je každé z dílčích použití poměrně specifické, další část postihuje pouze vybranou oblast, a to tlumící jednotku jízdního kola. V duchu této volby byla provedena reálná měření i simulace s cílem ověřit použitelnost takových zařízení v praxi. Diploma thesis deals with the issue of active and semi-active damping and its possible applications in the context of vehicles. The beginning of the document is focused on the actual state, major applications and patents in the field. As each of the individual ways of usage is relatively specific, the next part is aimed particularly at the damping unit of bicycle. Given the choice, real measurements and simulations were made in order to verify the applicability of such a device in practice.
