Projekt vypracovaný v rámci inženýrského studia oboru N2301 popisuje laserové řezání s podporou vzduchu a jeho praktické využití v oblasti průmyslu. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a experimentální, ve které je několik na sebe navazujících úkonů, jenž jsou podrobně popsány. Teoretická část popisuje princip a funkci laseru, jednotlivé typy laseru a jejich dělení, vlastnosti laserového paprsku, laserové řezání atd. Praktická část je zaměřena na nalezení souboru optimálních řezných parametrů, zjištění výsledků laserového řezání s podporou vzduchu na kvalitu a přesnost řezné plochy. Následné porovnání řezných ploch s konvenční technologií řezání laserem s podporou kyslíku a dusíku. V závěru je zhodnocena vhodnost využití této nekonvenční technologie s přihlédnutím na ekonomický pohled. This project, elaborated within the engineering studies (code of field of study: N2301), deal with air supported laser cutting and its practical usage in industry. The project is divided into theoretical and experimental sections, consisting of detailed description of several successive steps of the experiment. The theoretical section describes the principle and function of laser, individual types of lasers and their classification, laser beam properties, laser cutting, etc. The practical part is focused on finding of a set of optimal cutting parameters, assessment of results of air supported laser cutting in terms of quality and accuracy of cutting surface. This part is followed by comparison of cutting surfaces with a conventional technology of laser cutting that uses oxygen and nitrogen. Final part of the project evaluates applicability of this unconventional technology from the economic point of view.
