Diplomová práce se zabývá řešením výroby zadané součásti „plastový kontejner na náboje“. Součást je vyrobena z vysokohustotního polyethylenu s obchodním označením LITEN ML 77 při navrhované sérii 3 000 000 kusů. Na základě literární studie problematiky vstřikování plastů a potřebných výpočtu byla navržena vstřikovací forma. Forma je řešena pomocí normalizovaných komponentů od firmy Meusburger. Byl zvolen vstřikovací stroj od firmy Arburg Allrounger 370 S 700 – 170. Dissertation deals with solution of production of set component „plastic porter for ammunition“. Component is made from high-density polyethylene with business marking LITEN ML 77, suggested series of 3 000 000 pieces. On the basis of literary study of plastics injection problems and necessary calculations, there was proposed injection form. This form is solved by means of normalised components from company Meusburger. There was chosen injection machine from company Arburg Allrounger 370 S 700 – 170.
