Obsahem diplomové práce je energetická simulace zemního výměníku tepla (ZVT) v klasickém a solankovém provedení, který slouží jako doplněk teplovzdušného vytápění s rekuperací tepla v nízkoenergetickém rodinném domě. Na základě výsledků simulace byla vyhodnocena výhodnost obou variant ZVT. Dále byl stanoven energetický a ekonomický přínos rekuperace s využitím zemních výměníků a úspory, které jejich využití přináší. Na základě porovnání s investičními náklady byla posouzena výhodnost investice a navržena doporučení pro provoz, realizaci a vhodnost obou variant. The thesis deals with an energy simulation of a ground heat exchanger (GHE) in classical and brine performance, which is used as an accessory of warm air heating system recovery in a low-energy family house. On basis of simulation results, the benefits of both heat exchangers were assessed. Furthermore, the energy and economics savings of heat recovery coupled with GHE were evaluated. Comparing the investment costs, the profitability of each investment were assessed and recommendations for the operation, implementation and appropriateness were outlined.
