Práce seznamuje s VFD displeji – principem činnosti, konstrukcí, možnostmi použití, dělením podle zobrazované informace, možnostmi napájení a buzení. Uvádí způsoby komunikace a řízení s vyspělými VFD moduly spolu s vzorovými příklady. Součástí je i výběr VFD displeje podle zadaných požadavků a návrh napájecích a řídících obvodů, včetně návrhu desky plošného spoje. This thesis discusses VFD displays; the operating principles, construction, applications, types of displayable information, power supply and control. The thesis explains means of communication and control of modern VFD modules with exemples code. The thesis also includes a selection of a particular graphic VFD display in accordance with the given requirements and design of power supply and control circuits on a printed circuit board.
