Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou kalkulací cenových nabídek. Úvodní teoretická část uvádí členění nákladů a jejich stanovení, vysvětluje rozdělení veřejných zakázek dle předpokládané hodnoty a podmínky kvalifikace uchazečů. Praktická část na příkladu veřejné zakázky vysvětluje optimalizované postupy tvorby cenové nabídky konkrétní stavební společnosti, při sestavení přímých a nepřímých nákladů. V závěru je nabídková cena porovnána se skutečnými náklady. The diploma thesis deals with problems of calculation of price offers. The theoretical part provides a breakdown of costs and their determination, explains the division of public contracts by the expected values and the conditions of qualification of candidates. The practical part of this thesis explains the optimized procedures of price offer of the specific building company, in preparing the direct and indirect cost on an example of the public contract. In conclusion the price is compared to the real costs.
