Jedná sa o penzion se zázemím v intraviláne mestskej časti Žilina – Závodie umiestnenej na rovinatom pozemku vedľa rieky Rajčianka. Objekt je navrhnutý ako samostatne stojaci v tvare L. Objekt má 3 nadzemné podlažia a podkrovie. Objekt nie je nepodpivničený. Súčasťou stavby budú prípojky inžinierskych sietí. Objekt je zastrešený sedlovou strechou v dvoch úrovniach hrebeňa. V úrovni prvého nadzemného podlažia sa nachádza hlavný vstup pre verejnosť a samostatný vstup pre personál a zásobovanie plus dva postranné vstupy slúžiace ako únikové cesty. V úrovni prvého nadzemného podlažia je taktiež samostatný vstup do kotolne, strojovne, elektrorozvodne. Objekt bude slúžiť pre ubytovanie 54hostí, stravovanie v reštaurácii s výdajom do 100 jedál denne a menšie spoločenské akcie. It is a pension with technical base in the urban district of Zilina - Závodie located on flat land beside the river Rajčianka. The building is designed as a free-standing L-shaped The building has three floors above ground and attic. The object is not basement. The buildings will utilities connections. The building is covered with a gable roof ridge at two levels. The first storey level is the main entrance to the public and a separate entrance for staff and supplies plus two side entrances serving as escape routes. The level of the first floor is also a separate entrance to the boiler room, engine room, electrical. The building will serve to accommodate 54 guests dining in the restaurant with dispensing up to 100 meals a day and smaller shares.
