Diplomová práce se zabývá výkonností firmy Equicentrum, spol. s r.o. vzhledem ke snížení provozních nákladů. Cílem této práce je nalezení cest, které povedou ke zvýšení výkonnosti vybraného podniku. Na základě analýzy současného stavu vytápění společnosti jsou navržena konkrétní opatření vedoucích ke snížení nákladů a zvýšení výkonnosti. This thesis deals with performance of a company Equicentrum spol. s r.o. with respect to operatonal costs. The aim of this thesis is to find ways to increase the performance of the chosen company. Based on current-state analysis of the company, concrete arrangement is suggested to reduce costs and increase efficiency .
