Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením výkonnosti společnosti Javořice, a.s. Společnost je hodnocena pomocí vícekriteriálního modelu START PLUS. Díky tomuto modelu mohly být odhaleny silné stránky společnosti a oblasti pro zlepšení. V závěru práce jsou navrţena opatření, která z těchto oblastí vycházejí a měly by vést k zvýšení výkonnosti hodnoceného podniku. This thesis aims to assess the efficiency of the company Javořice, a.s. This company is rated with the help of the multi-criterial model START PLUS. Using this model, the strengths and weaknesses could be revealed. Measures aimed to increase productivity of the examined company were proposed in the conclusion of this thesis.
