Diplomová práce se zabývá projektem, jehož úkolem je optimalizovat sociální služby daného subjektu tak, aby došlo k navýšení motivace a produktivity práce zaměstnanců. Projekt je zaměřen na vybudování firemního zařízení péče o předškolní děti zaměstnanců. Součástí práce je také analýza rizik spojených s vybudováním zařízení a možnost financovat projekt z evropských fondů. This thesis deals with a project whose mission is to optimize the social services of the entity, so as to increase the motivation and productivity of employees. The project is focused on building the corporate childcare facilities for pre-school children of employees. The work also includes an analysis of the risks associated with the construction of facilities and fund the project from European funds.
