Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření podnikatelského plánu na založení firmy Bolesti zad. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení hlavních pojmů této problematiky, určení struktury a náležitostí podnikatelského plánu. V praktické části bude vypracován konkrétní projekt pro založení firmy. Dále bude vypracován v praktické části analýza současného stav podniku. Na základě výsledků analýz jsou v této práci navržena opatření na celkový vývoj podniku. The main objective of this thesis is creation of a business plan for creation of the company Bolesti Zad, Ltd. The theoretical part is focused on outlining of main concepts of this issue, determination of structure and requirements of the business plan. Specific plan for creation of the company will be prepared in the practical part of the thesis. The practical part will also present analysis of the current status of the company. Based on results of the analyses, this paper presents required measures for overall development of the company.
