Tato Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou implementace informačního systému v účetní a daňové kanceláři. V teoretických východiscích jsou uvedeny informace z oboru informačního managementu a informačních systémů, které jsou doplněny podklady strategického, projektové a rizikového managementu. To jsou stěžejní obory, kterými je implementace informačního systému v této práci analyzována. Závěrem je vše zhodnoceno dle ekonomického hlediska a konečným výstupem této práce je komplexní analýza HOS 8. This thesis deals with the implementation of an information system in the accounting and tax office. In the theoretical part provides information from the field of information management and information systems, which are complemented by basis of strategic, project and risk management. These are the main branches, which is the implementation of an information system in this work analyzed. Finally everything is evaluated according to economic considerations and the final outcome of this work is a comprehensive analysis of HOS 8.
