Tato diplomová práce se zabývá komplexním návrhem změny, která povede ke zvýšení efektivity informačního systému a jeho přínosů pro podnik. Návrh vychází ze strategické analýzy podniku a identifikace klíčových potřeb a možností ke zlepšení současného stavu informačního systému. Důraz je kladen zejména na praktické využití a přínos navrhovaného řešení. This thesis deals with comprehensive proposal of change that will increase the efficiency of information system and its benefits for the company. The proposal is built on the strategic business analysis and identification of key needs and possibilities for improvement of the current state of information system. The emphasis is on practical use and benefits of proposed solutions.
