Diplomová práce je zaměřena na oblasti logistiky a řízení zásob ve výrobním podniku, které jsou důležitou součástí podnikatelské činnosti. Předmětem práce je analýza činností spojených s materiálovým tokem. Teoretická část popisuje základní pojmy logistiky opatřování a problematiku materiálového toku. Praktická část se zabývá metodami, které by pomohly podniku optimalizovat náklady na materiálové prvky a zefektivnit dodavatelsko – odběratelské vztahy. This diplom´s thesis is focused on areas of logistics and invetory management in manufacturing company, which are both important parts of business. The object of this thesis is analysis of activities which are connected with material flow. Theoretical part describes basics of logistics and material flow. Practical part deals with methods, which could help the company optimize costs for material elements and make the relationships between suppliers and customers more effective.
