Diplomová práce se zabývá zlepšením řízení projektů ve studentské organizaci BEST Brno působící na VUT v Brně na příkladu projektu inženýrské soutěže. Práce shrnuje jak teoretické poznatky dle standardu IPMA a specifika pro řízení ve studentské organizaci, tak i ukazuje jejich použití v praxi. The master thesis deals with improving of project management in student organization BEST Brno operating at Brno University of Technology, demonstrated on the example of engineering competition. The paper summarizes theoretical knowledge based on IPMA standards with specification for management in a student’s organization as well as it shows their usage in practice.
