Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou vybrané firmy. Ve své práci využiji analýzy zabývající se jak vnějším tak i vnitřním okolím firmy, oborovým prostředím a také zhodnocením situace ve firmě za poslední tři účetní období. Jednotlivé analýzy budou v práci blíže specifikovány a aplikovány do reálného prostředí firmy. Na základě zjištěných skutečností, budou firmě doporučena možná řešení ke zlepšení stávající situace. This thesis analyzes the selected companies. I am going to use in my work analysis dealing with both external and internal business environment, branch environment and also the assessment of the situation in the company for the last three financial years. Individual analysis will be closely specified in the work and deployed in the real company environment . Based on established facts, the ompany will be recommended possible solutions to improve the current situation.
