Diplomová práce obsahuje návrh projektu a je přípravou podkladů pro vybudování krytého bazénu s wellness centrem v Kyjově financovaného z evropských strukturálních fondů. Projekt vychází z analýzy potřeb regionu Kyjovsko. Návrh je zpracován tak, aby odpovídal struktuře žádosti o financování projektů z ESF. Důraz je kladen na udržitelnost projektu a jeho tržní, finanční, ekonomické a environmentální hodnocení. The master´s thesis proposes a project financed from the EU funds. The proposal is focused on building an indoor swimming pool with wellness center in Kyjov. It analyses the current regional situation in Kyjovsko region and characterizes project´s usefulness and availability. This proposal follows the structure of formal project application. It emphasizes market, financial, economic and environmental views and assessments of the project.
