Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na návrh konkurenční strategie pro společnost AGRALL zemědělská technika a. s., která realizuje obchodní činnost opírající se o tradice primárního a sekundárního sektoru českého hospodářství jako je zemědělství a strojírenství. Identifikace vhodné strategie, tedy vypracování návrhů strategií, které firmě pomohou efektivněji konkurovat, a tím upevní její postavení na trhu, vychází z několika analýz vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí. The aim of the thesis focuses on the design of competitive strategy for the company AGRALL agricultural technology and to implement business based on the traditions of primary and secondary sectors of the Czech economy such as agriculture and engineering. Identification of appropriate strategies, namely the drafting of projects based on competitive analysis of several internal and external environment.
