Tato diplomová práce hledá řešení optimálního financování revitalizace bytového domu. Hledá možné způsoby financování, které finanční trh v současné době nabízí. Porovnává nabídky finančních institucí zvoleného způsobu financování revitalizace. Poukazuje na možnosti úspor v podobě dotace přes státem garantované programy Panel a Zelená úsporám. This diploma thesis is looking for how to solve the optimal financing of the revitalization of dwelling. It is looking for any options of financing, which are offered by financial market today. The thesis compares the offers of the financial institutions and the choices of financing the revitalization. It shows possibilities of savings in the form of endowments as a state guaranteed programs „Panel“ and „Zelená úsporám“.
