Diplomová práca sa zaoberá návrhom projektu financovaného z fondov EÚ, ktorý je zameraný na rekonštrukciu vybraného penziónu na východnom Slovensku. Návrh projektu je tvorený podľa štruktúry tzv. štúdie uskutočniteľnosti a na základe hodnotenia prostredníctvom čistej súčasnej hodnoty je investičný projekt považovaný za výnosný. Master´s thesis deals with a proposal of the project financing from the EU funds, which is related to reconstruction of the boarding house on the east of Slovakia. The proposal of the project is created from the structure of a feasibility study and on the basis of evaluation by net present value is the investment project regarded as profitable.
